Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide for the management of the SFA’s school food service operation. A. Auxiliary Businesses: The following items are not included in this Request for Proposal, but may be operated under separate arrangements as mutually agreed upon by the CONTRACTOR and the SFA. B. Catering: The CONTRACTOR shall provide for special functions on a per event basis to be mutually agreed upon with consent from the SFA. C. Concessions: The CONTRACTOR shall provide for concessions services on a per event basis to be mutually agreed upon with consent from the SFA. D. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain separate and proper accounting and control for each auxiliary business it operates pursuant to this agreement. E. All revenues from the operation of an auxiliary business/program, less all relevant costs and expenses, shall accrue to the SFA.
