Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide, furnish, and install one (1), 4-ton outdoor cooling unit to be placed on the south side of the house. Provide, and install, one (1) three (3) ton outdoor cooling unit to be placed on the south side of the house. 2. Provide, furnish, and install two (2), 1.5-ton cassette heads in the upper level of the house. One (1) cassette head is to be placed in the ceiling centrally outside of the upper level bedrooms. One (1) cassette head is to be placed in the ceiling between the dining room and living room. 3. Provide, furnish, and install two (2), 1.5-ton cassette heads in the lower level of the house. One cassette head to be located on either side of the exterior windows in the main room of the lower level. 4. All thermostats are to be hard wired. 5. Provide, furnish, and install one (1), Class II, capacity of at least 140,000 BTU, cast iron boiler, circulation pump, isolation valves and all associated fittings. 6. Price to include all costs associated with proper permitting per current code requirements and all labor, workmanship, labor, materials, testing and troubleshooting to complete work. Price to be separated by the air conditioning installation project and the boiler replacement project.
