At the present time, it is anticipated that there will be approximately 10 students receiving P/T services for 30 minutes a day, once per week. This number is subject to fluctuation as students enter and exit the District. In addition, it is required that students receive P/T services from a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant. The following additional obligations will be required: • Evaluations of students to determine if eligible for PT services • Attendance at meetings to review results of evaluations • Provide written evaluation reports, monitor and report progress on student PT goals • Collaboration with other team members in development of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) • Work with building teams to develop comprehensive programming for students
