WDOC seeks information and guidance from vendors that can offer an offender management solution (or suite of solutions). WDOC is seeking a solution (either on-prem or a cloud service solution) that meets its requirements. Recommendations should include price estimates for initial development and customization work, implementation costs, and annual maintenance. The Department requires an integrated, robust, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or cloud-based case management system that can track offenders and all activities from their initial contact with the Department, at the presentence interview stage, through incarceration and through post release supervision.
