The Scope of Services shall, at a minimum, include the following: A. Design Phase. 2 RFP – North Casper Athletics and Recreation Complex Improvements, Project No. 24-050 1. The Consultant shall meet with City representatives to discuss proposed project objectives, configuration, and layout. 2. Consultant shall review and incorporate recommendations made in the most current Casper Area Parks and Recreation Master Plan. 3. The Consultant shall conduct field surveys to collect topographic data, existing utilities, and surface elevations for the purpose of establishing appropriate grades needed to provide positive drainage for the fields, playing surfaces, and parking areas, all to meet required industry standards. 4. The Consultant shall design and prepare plan sheets that have been approved and signed by licensed Professional Engineers registered in the State of Wyoming. The plan sheets shall include the proposed area showing the final elevations, grades, typical sections, right-of-way and utility plans, and all details necessary for construction, and other details necessary to ensure safe passage for the public.
