The Nicolaysen Art Museum (the Museum) at 400 E Collins Dr, Casper, WY requires an updated humidification system, replacement of three HVAC furnaces, and additional exterior lighting. Design and recommendation in these areas is being requested. The Museum Humidifier control system is out of date, and some of the humidification units are leaking. Three furnaces need to be replaced and are in locations that are difficult to access. A design proposal for replacement method is desired for these furnaces. Additionally, tamper-proof lighting is needed for the front of the building, with the associated electrical work. It is desired that this lighting match the museum’s current aesthetic layout. The Consultant shall understand the purpose of this project is to prepare design documents, assist in bidding, and provide construction administration.
