Specifications include, but are not limited to: WCSD #2 has been appropriated by the Wyoming State Legislature to begin design of a new school facility. No construction funding has been allotted at this time. Construction funding is to be determined and would require a legislative appropriation; and there is no guarantee of funding at this Revised August 2019 Page 4 of 11 Request for Proposal time. With design process moving forward, there is anticipated to be a gap in time between completion of design and potential construction funding. Design is anticipated to take 12 months, with construction anticipated to last 18 months. Design proposals shall include provisions to address the possible gap in time between design completion and start of construction, should funding become available.
