This project will consist of the following: a. Furnish and install/construct specified gable 30’x44’ picnic shelter with vented top including 32’x 54’ concrete pad and design required footers. b. Contractor to supply to the owner copies of certified engineered drawings to meet local codes pertaining to wind and snow loads. This shall include complete structure design including foundation, and footers. c. Four feet (4’) wide ADA sidewalk extending to the bathroom; concrete to meet City of Douglas standard design mix. d. 110-volt electrical service is to be ran as required, from bathroom and connected to 8 GFCI receptacle outlets located in each column. e. All associated excavation and backfill by the contractor. Any necessary irrigation repairs or moving of lines will be done by the City of Douglas Parks Dept.
