This would include a total removal of the existing HVAC system, electrical system, partition walls, and water lines. 1. Prepare complete renovation design plans for the Municipal Building. 2. Conduct regular meetings with the department directors to inform the design. 3. Provide cost estimates for the demolition and reconstruction. 4. Provide the City with bid documents for both the demolition and reconstruction of the Municipal Building. 5. Provide support for project education, including plan presentation, in an open house to the public for the purpose of educating voters. 6. Provide cost projections based on inflation for demolition and construction in the event that the start of renovation is delayed for up to five years. 7. Provide construction administration for both the demolition and reconstruction.
