These units shall be new with less than five hundred (500). Units shall be delivered complete and ready for service, as specified, and shall be equipped with all of the manufacturer’s standard equipment, as advertised, whether or not specifically mentioned in these specifications, in addition to all other equipment and attachments specified herein.
