Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 – Survey/Programming • Perform on site investigation of the currentspaces. • Provide recommendation of the areas that should be repaired/replaced. • Meet with FCS teachers and administrator to understand desired curriculum and teaching methods. • Provide plan options and recommendations for layout and equipment to be installed to meet the desired direction. • Review options with teachers and administration to select best option. Make modifications to plan if needed. • Provide a cost estimate so that the scope of work can be compared against the current budget. Task 2 – Design Services • Create design drawings and project manual to adequately describe the project to potential contractors. • Include specifics related to this project including plan sheets, details, product specifications, installation instructions, etc. that are standard for a public bid. • Coordinate with City and State building divisions as needed. • Present design documents to Owner forreview
