Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Supply and install approximately 45 ft. of 42” oval RCP. 2. Import, compact and grade soil to grade elevations per plan. 3. Form and pour approximately 85 ft. of concrete stream channel. Use standard city concrete mix. 4. Grade pond and perimeter embankment as detailed on drawings. 5. Install 10 ft. wide angular 4”-6” cobble rip rap around the perimeter of the pond over 20 mil fabric. Top edge of rock +/- 2 ft. above water line extending 8’ into the water. 6. Existing trees to be removed and final seeding to be done by the City. 7. No tree protection fencing is required. However every effort to protect existing trees is requested. 8. Public access is limited to existing bike bath area from Shoshone Dr. Any other access permission, fees and agreements, from adjacent landowners, would solely be the responsibility of the contractor. Damage to the existing bike path to be replaced at no additional cost to the owner. 9. Install and maintain all necessary erosion control as may be required by WYDEQ.
