Specifications include, but are not limited to: Landfill # 1 (Closed) Groundwater monitoring wells and Piezometers are currently located within the Closed landfill property boundaries to be sampled. In addition, one sample of leachate should be taken semi-annually. Currently the monitoring locations within the monitoring network are sampled semi-annually as described in Table 1 which summarize the compliance monitoring program schedule for each odd and even numbered year. The first half of the semi-annual network monitoring event should be collected in July and the second half in December as summarized in Table 1. Landfill #2 (Existing) The groundwater monitoring network currently consists of several groundwater monitoring wells located throughout the permitted area and adjacent properties. The first half of the semi-annual network monitoring event should be collected in July and the second half in December as summarized in Tables 2-2A.
