Teton County, Wyoming is soliciting written proposals by qualified engineering/landscaping consultants for Karns Meadow Park Development Phase I , up to but not later than 5:00 PM MDT on Friday, June 6th 2025 Teton County Parks and Recreation (Owner) is seeking a qualified consultant team—led by a licensed Wyoming Civil Engineer and/or a licensed Landscape Architect—to provide full-scope design, permitting, and construction administration services for improvements within Karns Meadow Park. The Karns Meadow Park Master Plan, approved in 2024 as part of the CUP application, includes schematic-level plans for proposed amenities and improvements. The purpose of this RFQ is to advance the design and permitting of these improvements to construction-ready documents. The selected consultant team will be responsible for preparing 100% Civil and Landscape con struction drawings and technical specifications, ensuring full compliance with all applicable Town of Jackson permitting requirements. The consultant will coordinate interdisciplinary efforts throughout the design and construction process to deliver a fully integrated set of construction documents . The selected team must demonstrate proven technical expertise in site development, public park design, environmental regulatory compliance , and landscaping—with an emphasis on native and adaptive vegetation suited to the park’s natural character. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: final site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, integration of new park amenities , and coordination between subconsultants . The selected consultant may be considered for necessary post-design services—including project engineering, inspections, and as-built documentation —which will be coordinated through future contracts as needed.
