Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Lobby/Entryway: a. Front desk cleaned, window sills dusted, entry glass cleaned, carpet vacuumed, floors scrubbed and sanitized, clean baseboard trim. All marks removed off the floors. 2. Community Rooms: a. Window sills dusted, tables cleaned, counter and sink cleaned, appliances wiped clean, carpet vacuumed, floors scrubbed and sanitized, clean baseboard trim. 3. Bathrooms: a. Clean and sanitize toilets, counters, mirrors, and walls, tops of trash cans, light switches, towel dispensers and baby changing stations. Empty all trash containers, including feminine hygiene receptacles. Restock soap, toilet paper and hand towel dispensers if needed. Scrub and sanitize floors, remove all marks from floors. 4. Classroom: a. Vacuum floor, tables cleaned, clean baseboard trim. 5. Elevator: a. Vacuum floor and apply stainless steel cleaner.
