Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rock Springs Housing Authority (RSHA) is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the exterior siding, fascia, soffit, gutters and exterior doors at the Gobel Grove Apartments located at 530 Gobel, Rock Springs, WY 82901. L-2 A detailed breakdown of the materials to be used and estimated labor must be included with the bid documents. L-3 RSHA residents occupy the other units in the building. The work shall be completed with minimal disturbance to these residents, adjacent neighbors, and RSHA. L-4 The contractor shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property (including personal property) that occur as a result of the contractor's fault or negligence, and shall take proper safety and health precautions to protect the work, the workers, and the public, and property of others. L-5 The contractor shall supervise and be responsible for the proper locations and instillation of all items.
