Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all of the HVAC equipment and submit to the District for review within 90 days of the “Notice to Proceed” and yearly thereafter; The Contractor will monitor the HVAC systems on a routine basis and make all repairs as required to keep the systems operating as designed. Major repairs and parts and supply’s expenditures over $ 749.99 will require approval before work is completed, unless deemed an emergency. All Emergency repairs will be reported to the District in a timely manner; Maintenance and repairs will be required on all HVAC equipment installed and operating at the two school sites. The school buildings have many different types of equipment and it will be the Contractor’s responsibility to inspect the school building prior to bidding on this Proposal Request. A list of types of equipment installed at the two schools is included as an attachment to this Proposal Request. This list is not meant to be all-inclusive, but does represent a majority of the types of equipment that are operational.
