Specifications include, but are not limited to: The data requested by the MPO: Four Hundred (400) - 24-hour Volume Counts (ADT). (Date, time, and total volume) 1. All counts, including any recounts that may be required must be collected during the months of September & October 2022. Count collection may start on September 6, 2022 and must be completed by October 27, 2022. 2. Counts will be collected during Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3. Contractor must provide a schedule for collecting the counts one week before starting the data collection to the MPO 4. A ROW permit will need to be applied for from the city (no fee). Proper licensing to work in Cheyenne will be required (fee). 5. Provide the costs to the MPO if additional count locations are requested after work has begun, if different than the Unit Price for Each Count. 6. Road construction and bad weather need to be avoided 7. Counts will be provided to the MPO with GPS coordinates on Google Maps or ESRI ArcGIS Map
