Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chatham County Government and the Chatham Arts Council seek an experienced consultant to evaluate the demand for a cultural arts center in Chatham County, NC . · Assist Chatham County and the Chatham County Arts Council in determining the feasibility of a Cultural Arts Center ("the facility"). · Via a community workshop or other community planning event, help diverse interested groups and the community at large reach consensus on a definition of the facility and a preliminary program. · Determine whether or not the local population can support such a facility. · Determine if the project has the full support of the community's leadership: private and public officials, community artists, general public, and other interested parties. · Determine whether the project is feasible financially. Is there enough financial support (private, public, and individual) to make this a success?
