Specifications include, but are not limited to: The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for a suite of tools that can provide email, calendar, collaboration tools, cloud storage, eDiscovery, YouTube integration, website hosting, external authentication for apps (SSO), support for 3rd party add-on components and video conferencing for the State of Wyoming,Department of Enterprise Technology Services (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposed offerings should be limited to Google Workspace and Microsoft O365/M365. An optional proposal for integrated telephony services is also requested as they pertain to Google and Microsoft only. No standalone telephony solution without suite integration will be reviewed.
