Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project is aimed at replacing mains with corrosion problems, water main breaks and undersized water mains. The project has been designed by the City of Casper. This Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals from an engineering firm to provide construction administration services for the project. Construction administration services for the project include construction observation and inspection by a resident engineer and a technician. These duties include material testing, field surveying, reviewing and preparing construction pay estimates, preparing record drawings showing actual as-constructed conditions of the project, meetings with the Owner and contractor, and reviewing and approval of shop and material product data.
