Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Facilities Maintenance Division of Teton County is hereby requesting proposals from various trades for emergency responses for facility needs both during business hours as well as after-hours on short notice. Qualified respondents will have their firm's name put on a ranked list, by trade and by facility, to be called when emergency needs arise. Preference in ranking will be based upon knowledge of existing facilities and equipment, knowledge or expertise in particular brands of equipment, and willingness and ability to respond quickly to requests for service on a 24-hour, 365 day basis. When a need for service arises, the highest ranked respondent will be called first. If unavailable, then the 2nd highest, and then 3rd highest, will be called until a satisfactory response is found. To be considered and ranked: 1. Provide a cover letter describing the scope of services your firm provides and the history of the business and individuals who will be responding to calls. 2. Complete the Contractor/Trades Proposal Spreadsheet attached. On this sheet you can indicate if you wish to respond to any facility, or only certain ones, along with response times and rates. 3. Submit proof of Workers Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Town of Jackson Contractor's and Business licenses, as applicable, General Liability Insurance, and proof of Wyoming Resident Contractor status if applicable.
