The Town of Jackson, Wyoming seeks proposals from qualified and experienced persons, firms, or teams of firms ( “Respondents”) to submit a proposal for the supply of equipment and services for a minimum of 20 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station ports at a minimum of five sites, including design plans, completion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) paperwork, purchase and installation of EV charging stations and associated technology, and management of EV charging stations upon installation. Additionally, Teton County seeks to install 10 charging ports on two County properties. The scope of work to be undertaken is defined by a federal competitive funding award from the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) program. Respondents are invited to submit a proposal that addresses the requirements defined in this RFP and may submit proposals for one or more components of this RFP. This RFP seeks proposals from an individual, firm, or team to: • Prepare design plans for the new EV charging stations. • Prepare National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) paperwork. • Purchase new charging stations and associated technology, signage, and infrastructure. • Install 30 new charging ports and associated technology, signage, and infrastructure. • Manage and maintain 12 existing and 20 new charging ports.
