Specifications include, but are not limited to: Time and materials for the repair and/or replacement of doors, hardware, and jambs of existing Campbell County School District buildings. Service will be on an as needed basis and the Contractor must be able to respond in a timely manner. 1. Contractor will repair jamb legs, replace jambs, repair/replace doors, install hardware, service garage doors, replace restroom partitions and troubleshoot problems as requested by Owner. 2. All new materials will be as specified or pre-approved equal. Some hardware will be reused as instructed by Owner. 3. Contractor shall submit to owners Representative a detailed final invoice with all labor charges and copies of invoices for purchased materials for each repair/replacement. 1. Glass a) Float Glass: ASTM C 1036, Type I, Class 1 (clear), and Quality Q3. b) Heat-Treated Float Glass: ASTM C 1048, Condition C (coated), Type I, Class 1 (clear, Quality Q3, Kind FT (fully tempered)). c) Coated Glass: ASTM C 1048, Condition C, Type I, Class 1 (clear), Quality Q3, Kind FT (fully tempered). Use sputter-coat process to coat glass with Low-E coating. 2. Fabricated Glass Products Fire and Safety Ceramic Glass (all door lites in rated interior door assemblies requiring glazing): Two sheets of ceramic heat resistant glass, with manufacturer’s standard interlayer. Total thickness 5/16” (8mm). Comply with ANSI Z97.1 and CSCP 16 CFR 1201 (Cat. II). Provide permanent to rated glazing units in accordance with 2006 IBC paragraph 715.4.6.3.1
