Specifications include, but are not limited to: Campbell County School District is requesting bids for the annual inspection of its fire sprinkler systems and testing of the backflow prevention devices. Also to be included in the bid is a one time only Internal Obstruction Test as required every five years per NFPA-25 at each school listed below. Inspections and tests shall conform to all State, local, and NFPA standards and requirements. The work must be completed in the month of July to allow time for corrections. Inspection reports shall include estimates to repair any deficiencies found. Itemized invoices for all work completed from “Notice to Proceed” through August 14, shall be submitted to CCSD. Campbell County School District reserves the right to rebid or renegotiate with the successful bidder at the end of each annual period, not to exceed six years from the date of this contract.
