Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project includes reclamation of the construction staging area on the project owner’s 3-acre parcel North of the Gros Ventre River on Spring Gulch Road (Lot 45 JHG&T). This area was used during the construction of the new Cattleman’s bridge completed in 2018. The scope of work to be completed shall include professional services to design, detail and permit improvements needed to improve the project area based upon a conceptual plan that has previously been developed. The bidder shall provide natural resource mitigation in accordance with the County's NRO standards while integrating additional improvements to enhance public use and enjoyment of the site including public parking and recycling and access to the existing levee, connecting the bridge sidewalk to the existing pathway network and a new internal walking trail.
