Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Powell is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for Professional Engineering services for replacement of the HVAC system at the existing Powell Aquatic Center for the City of Powell, WY. The selected consultant is anticipated to design, provide construction documents, and oversee construction of replacement of the HVAC system. As part of the design process, the consultant will first prepare recommendations and cost estimates for proposed improvements. The existing HVAC system, which provides dehumidification of the wet side of the facility, consists primarily of two large roof-top units. These units have problems including corrosion, condensation, and inoperative controls, and are expected to be fully replaced.
