A. Design Phase. 1. The Consultant shall meet with City representatives to discuss proposed project configuration and layout. 2. The Consultant shall assist the City with compliance with WORG, river work requirements for all permitting, and requirements for soil contamination/mitigation permitting. 3. The Consultant shall provide assistance to and provide coordination with the City, their Environmental Consultants, and other entities for all National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) requirements, an environmental field inspection and complete the environmental field report. Obtain support letters from necessary environmental agencies (SHPO, Wyoming Game and Fish, etc.). Submit the environmental documentation to the City to assist in obtaining the Categorical Exclusion or Finding of No Significant Impact. First payment will NOT be available until the environmental process is completed and approved and a Notice to Proceed has been issued and Authorization for Expenditures is given by the WORG.
