Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Design Phase.1.The Consultant shall meet with City representatives to discuss proposedproject configuration and layout.2.The Consultant shall conduct an environmental field inspection and completethe environmental field report. Obtain support letters from necessaryenvironmental agencies (SHPO, Fish, Wildlife and Parks, etc.). Submit theenvironmental documentation to the City to assist in obtaining the College Drive Improvements Project RFP - 2Categorical Exclusion or Finding of No Significant Impact.3.The Consultant shall conduct field investigations and surveys as necessary toverify existing conditions, especially topographic data, existing utilitylocations, right-of-way, surface elevations, and to establish grades needed toprovide positive drainage throughout the corridor.
