Consultant Services: Transition to Integrated Microsoft 365 SolutionsThe college aims to systematically review and update existing processes and workflows managed forms solutions, such as Cognito, SmartSheet and other disparate form solutions. This project will ensure a smooth transition to more integrated and sustainable applications, specifically moving to Microsoft 365 apps, including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Automate, Forms, Power Apps, and potentially creating custom web/cloud-hosted applications. The College is seeking a resource to help analyze and build appropriate solutions that migrate us away from our disparate form solutions. Key Objectives: Collaborate with a project team to assess forms and workflow technology landscape across academic and administrative units. Develop a detailed transition plan to consolidate processes into the appropriate solutions. Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing academic and business processes. Provide solution training, documentation, and support to faculty and staff. Develop an archiving solution to ensure all current lists, attachments, and data can be referenced or linked to the new solutions.
