Specifications include, but are not limited to: upgrades, remodels, additions, and possible new construction to the Teton County Courthouse.; This will be a phased project addressing urgent and immediate concerns first, building envelope and HVAC upgrades, secure lobby and entry additions, and subsequent major additions/and/or new construction adding replacement courtrooms and dispatch, radio communications, and secure IT functions. Projects currently in the design phase with anticipated (subject to BCC approval) construction in Fiscal Year 2022 (starting June 1, 2021) include: Secure lobby remodel. Secure north entry vestibule. Envelope remodel including new wall cladding, windows & doors, roof insulation, and roof. Upgrades of surveillance, duress, lockdown, and notification systems. Security upgrades of 5 public transaction areas. Security upgrades to exterior mechanical systems.
