Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sweetwater County School District Number #2 is requesting qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to submit a pre-qualification package. The proposed scope is in relation to the renovation of the Central Kitchen located at the Lincoln Middle School. Work to include, but not limited to, the demolition and renovation of the existing kitchen, serving, shipping & receiving areas, scullery, dry storage, coolers & freezers, and renovation of existing miscellaneous spaces for use as equipment wash, housekeeping, and offices. The project will include all plumbing, mechanical, electrical, data, food service equipment, and other supporting trades required to complete the scope in full. Proceeding to bidding and construction is dependent on this award. The bidding will facilitate a schedule to accomplish the work during the school's summer break. Completion of the work in phase 1 needs to occur by mid-August, 2023.
