Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of building coal boilers. 2. Removal and disposal of MEP specified equipment. 3. Removal and disposal of coal shoot lids. Replace with matching concrete thickness, re-enforced pinning with #4 rebar. 4. Removal and disposal of brick bases. 5. Drywall/ insulation patching where vent stacks were installed. 6. Soffit/facia replacement where vent stacks were installed. 7. Add valves and caps per CCSD request on remaining heating water header. Handrails will need to be removed around the coal boiler pits, replace with code compliant handrails. School District trash cans are NOT to be used. We will coordinate an area at each building for a staging area. Damage to surrounding equipment not related to above stated scope will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace.
