Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of these specifications to obtain for the City of Cheyenne’s Facilities Maintenance Division, a contract to remove existing carpet / cove base and to provide and install new carpet / cove base for the entire 3rd floor of the Municipal Building. i) A floorplan is included with this Scope of Work. The City of Cheyenne makes no claim to its accuracy, and the responsibility of taking accurate measurements is the sole responsibility of the Bidder. b) The work contemplated under this invitation to bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies and services necessary to complete the work as outlined below. i) Provide all necessary labor to perform a complete removal, disposal, and total installation process.
