Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and services, including utility and transportation services, and perform and complete all work in an efficient and workmanlike manner in the construction of the “Cheyenne Junior League Storage Facility Construction” project; The Contractor and Sub-Contractor(s) may maintain office and storage facilities on the site which are necessary to properly conduct the work. These facilities’ locations shall not cause any interference to any work performed on the site. The Contractor shall consult with the City regarding the locations. Upon completion of the improvements, or as directed by the City, the Contractor shall remove all such temporary structures and facilities from the site. The Contractor shall leave the site of the work in the condition required by the Contract.
