Provide Certified Track Builder Services: Design • Basis for design – Wyoming High School Activities Association (WSHAA), Wyoming School Facilities Commission Design Standards for Outdoor Athletic Facilities (revised April 2016) for 1A/2A Schools, and National Federation of State High School Associations (NFSHSA). 1. New track and runway surfaces shall be a polyurethane impermeable textured surface over an asphalt base. 2. Landing sector for shot put shall be pea gravel. 3. Landing sector for discus shall be turf. • Locate facility components as exiting unless relocation is required/recommended. • Documents requiring a PE stamp must be stamped by a Wyoming Registered Professional Engineer. • Review available exiting drawings and other documents for the facilities. • Perform a visual investigation of the facilities. Determine “as constructed” condition of the facilities. Build (Construction) • Perform field investigations as required to support design and construction. • Produce drawings for construction. Facilitate owner review of the drawings.
