Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide 24-hour call monitoring services to approximately 22 fire alarm control panels of various brands and ages located in County facilities. Provide Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) of said panels and attached devices per the ITM Chapter of NFPA 72. Provide repair services as needed to keep all said panels in operational service. All work provided to meet NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, current edition, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, ANSI/UL 827, and other codes as applicable and standards required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) (Jackson Hole Fire/EMS) and the Wyoming Association of Risk Services (WARM). Runner service is hereby excluded from this contract. Teton County Facilities Division will provide runner services. Provide a Graphical User Interface “Dashboard” that County can access on County desktop computers and iPads to view FACPs, histories, logs, status, inspection reports, and other pertinent information as allowed by the capability of the FACPs. Qualifications: - Respondent must be a UL Listed Fire Alarm Company - Respondent must be in compliance with applicable parts of NFPA 72. - Respondent must be in compliance with ANSI/UL standard 827 - Respondent must present proof of cyberliability insurance. - Respondent must have proof of general lability insurance.
