Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Laramie is upgrading the pavement conditions on North Cedar Street from Clark Street to West Harney Street with full-depth reconstruction, except for a 2 inch mill and overlay that will be used through the Clark Street intersection. In the full-depth reconstruction area, all existing pavement and base will be removed and replaced with 6 inches of hot mix asphalt and 10 inches of crushed road base with geotextile fabric between the base layer and the native soil. Sidewalk and curb and gutter replacements will be made throughout the corridor to improve ADA accessibility and improve storm water collection. The roadway will also include the addition of dedicated bike and parking lanes along the corridor.
