Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based Gym Management Software Solution to support the operations of its newly renovated Recreation and Athletic Complex (RAC). The selected software must streamline and enhance the management of fitness center operations, including member registration, class scheduling, facility access, payment processing, and reporting. Integration with LCCC’s existing BadgePass ID card system is required to ensure seamless access control and transaction capabilities. The goal of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of delivering a solution that meets LCCC’s operational needs, aligns with its strategic goals, and is fully implemented by January 1, 2026.
