Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment (exclusive of pre-purchased or Owner provided materials, accessories and/or equipment) indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled or implied per the RFP and Design Intent Documents for work to be completed on the Career & Technical building. As defined in the RFP and Design Intent Documents, the specific Work includes: Updating the vinyl messaging on one (1) existing freestanding building identification sign, updating the acrylic letterform messaging on one (1) existing corner mounted building identification sign, and fabricating and installing one (1) building identification sign, as defined in the RFP Documents.The existing signs can be obtained from Owner. Quality, color, and finish of the signs produced must meet or exceed the quality standards set by the existing on-site signage. Exterior Wayfinding Signage - Updates to the Existing Wayfinding Message The Work consists of furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment (exclusive of pre-purchased or Owner provided materials, accessories and/or equipment) indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled or implied per the RFP and Design Intent Documents for work to be completed on the Existing Exterior Wayfinding Signage Message Updates. As defined in the RFP and Design Intent Documents, the specific Work includes: Updating the vinyl messaging and reordering the sign panels on eight (8) existing vehicular directional signs. Updating the vinyl messaging and reordering the sign panels on five (5) existing pedestrian directional signs as defined in the RFP Documents. Quality, color, and finish of the signs produced must meet or exceed the quality standards set by the existing on-site signage.
