Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide COVID-19 nursing services and education to virtual setting to community members across the age spectrum. Assists the COVID-19 manager with case management of COVID-19 positive individuals, providing technical expertise on COVID-19 testing platforms, connecting individuals with providers, treatments, and prophylaxis of COVID-19. Will be a member of the Teton County COVID-19 response team. Deliverables: -On a daily basis provide expertise and education to community members of all ages on COVID-19 vaccines, masking guidance, testing options, treatments available, prophylaxis available, and more. -Coordinate and provide technical assistance on COVID-19 testing platforms as needed to medical offices, childcare facilities, schools, and other businesses. -Lead monthly coordination call with St. John’s Health and Teton County Health Department. -Provide case management to COVID-19 positive individuals as needed. This will be done in concert with the Isolate and Trace Team. -Run testing reports for COVID-19 testing conducted at sites in coordination with Teton County Health Department.
