Specifications include, but are not limited to: Crook County is seeking bids for equipment and installation of security items for the Crook County Courthouse located at 309 Cleveland St. in Sundance, Wyoming. Equipment is as follows: • Keyless access control hardware (US26D) for 17 doors with lock down capability, 1 remote release button for each office (8 total). Providing installation, all necessary wiring, software and training and 100 extra programmable Prox cards or key fobs. • Four 3070 Solid Core WD doors prefinished and one 3070 Solid Core WD door prefinished with 6”x27” bullet resistant window. Price to include installation. • Three panic buttons added to the existing Honeywell system. • One 4’x9’ level 3 ballistic panel • Add 4 additional cameras and upgrade software and storage on existing system. o 3 Axis Communications Inc M3005-V IP indoor cameras. o 1 Axis Communications Inc P3364-V IP indoor camera. o All cameras will run with Cat 5 cable to the headend IT room and tie into NVR. o Provide access to view surveillance cameras covering the courtroom and surrounding hallways to the Circuit Court and District Court judges’ offices. o Upgrade software and hard drive storage to 2TB on 2 existing NVR’s. o (2) 48 port POE+ switches Tie in new cameras and all existing cameras into POE switches. • Seven coiling doors with remote electric release to work in conjunction with the lock down feature on door hardware.
