Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Complete survey including site topographic, existing utilities, and boundary survey necessary for completion of the detailed final design. 2. Preliminary and final design to include working with City ROW, landowners and stakeholders impacted by the installation of the river water pipeline. City staff will coordinate local input and direct engineers to incorporate input into pipeline design. 3. Preliminary and final design. Engineer will prepare detailed drawings and specs using Wyoming Public Works Standards, 2015 version, sufficient to obtain a DEQ Permit to Construct. The City of Rawlins design standards will also apply. 4. Submittals and Document Finalization. Submit draft plans and specifications at the schematic, 70% and 90% design stages for City review. Submit final documents to City and DEQ with permit application (if required). Address review comments and produce final documents for project execution. 5. Engineer will provide an estimate of probable construction cost at the 70% and final design points. Cost estimate line items will substantially match the final contract document bid form. 6. Engineer will conduct a detailed quality control review of the design documents. This review will focus on constructability and overall quality of the contract plans and specifications. Comments will be summarized and presented to the design team.
