Specifications include, but are not limited to: Y N 1. Apply Blue Chip Nitroform 39-0-0 fertilizer at a rate of 1.5 lbs Nitrogen / per 1000 sq. ft. Y N 2. The quantity required is Approximately Twenty-Two (22) tons or Forty-Four Thousand (44,000) Pounds. The City will only pay for actual quantities applied, and the Y N 3. Product will need to be provided and applied by company awarded the bid, at the specified application rate. Y N 4. This application covers approximately 250 acres, including many different Parks and Athletic facilities spread throughout the City of Cheyenne. Y N 5. City Staff will be available to ride with spreaders to identify irrigation and minimize damages. Y N 6. Application of fertilizer MUST BE COMPLETED BY OCTOBER 31, 2022. Y N 7. At a minimum, the following locations will require Fertilizer Application. Locations may be added or struck, as required by the City.
