Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Facilities Maintenance Division (FMD) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in search of a commissioning provider (CxP)who has expertise and experience in Building Commissioning services in courthouse or similar high security facilities to provide such services to the Project. This will be a phased project conducted over a number of years in which subsequent scopes of work will be developed dependent upon the results of earlier phases. It is intended that this RFQ will establish a long-term relationship which will continue throughout the project and into post construction phases. The Project is the reconstruction and possible addition to the Teton County Courthouse at 180 S King Street, Jackson, Wyoming. The majority of the work will need to be conducted while the facility is in operational status. New HVAC equipment in the past 5 years includes the 2 main boilers, the chiller, and a mini-split unit for the central IT room in the basement (there are 2 IT rooms in the basement served by 4 split units). Of the options developed by the NCSC Facility Options Analysis, Option 2 is the current focus.
