The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits required to complete the project as follows: A. Demolition and Site Preparation • Remove existing asphalt in the designated areas and legally dispose of all materials. • Grade and compact subgrade for rock, sidewalk, and planting areas as required. B. Concrete and Drainage • Install new concrete sidewalk meeting ADA standards and local codes. • Install domed drainage grates in low-lying areas for proper water management. C. Landscaping and Irrigation • Install rock and rock edging consistent with district design standards. • Install a drip irrigation system designed for water efficiency and proper coverage of all plantings. • Plant (7) 2” caliper crab apple trees, twenty-one (21) ornamental grasses, and twenty-one (21) 1-gallon shrubs, species and locations to be approved by ACSD#1 prior to installation. • Apply weed barrier fabric beneath all rock and mulch areas
