Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College-Albany County Campus (LCCC-ACC) located at 1125 Boulder Dr., Laramie, WY 82070 is requesting qualifications for Plumbing Services on an as-needed basis. The as-needed work would include but not be limited to installation, repairs and maintenance made to the utility lines, water main system, gas distribution system belonging to the college, domestic water piping, heating and chilled water lines, and mostly general plumbing. Work includes, general plumping repairs to plumbing fixtures to include replacements of, gas regulators, pipe fittings, toilets and associated parts, yard hydrants, sinks, faucets and water fountains as necessary.
