All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Laramie County Community College is requesting qualifications for Flooring Installation Services on an as-needed basis. Under general supervision, the Contractor shall install flooring for new or replacement installations at the Laramie County Community College main campus located in Cheyenne, WY and the Albany County Campus, located in Laramie, WY. Contractor will install owner-provided flooring or provide/install flooring as directed by Plant Operations, any other related parts or services to ensure safe and proper installation procedures are followed. These repairs and services may include but are not limited to; preparation of floors to receive a certain flooring cover that is prescribed; removal and replacement of carpet when needed, install matching trim and cove base as needed, as well as installation of other various types of flooring to include LVT and VCT. Bid responses will be accepted only through Public Purchase using the Bid Submittal and Pricing Document included in the RFQ document.
