Specifications include, but are not limited to: The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for the Wyoming Community College Commission (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system at: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyominggsd,wy/buyer/public/publicInfo for the provision of adult education and literacy activities within the state which focus on the development of high school equivalency programs of study for adults 25 years of age and older which also incorporate a work experience program, when possible. Proposals should be for the development, implementation and/or expansion of a High School Equivalency program for adults 25 years of age and older who are co-enrolled with Title I and/or Title III. The program should also offer a work experience program, such as an internship, job shadow, pre-apprenticeship, on-the-job-training or other opportunities where the individual can be provided with a ‘hands-on’ learning opportunity. Placement into these work experience programs should be facilitated through the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services when possible.
