Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Evanston and Uinta County Wyoming are seeking qualifications to provide Architectural and Engineering Services related to an Assessment and Feasibility Study for repurposing selected Buildings on the Wyoming State Hospital Campus. The hope is that this State owned property can be used in an innovative way for economic development opportunities. Realistic, and well thought out submissions which satisfy the purpose of the RFQ and the goals of the RFQ will be strongly considered.
